StrutSafe is a UK-wide phone line. If you're walking alone, volunteers will be a friendly voice to keep you company and help you feel safe until you are through the door. Fridays & Saturdays: 19:00 - 03:00, Sundays: 19:00 - 01:00

Free specialised medical and forensic service.
Can assist males, females and children.
Can take samples which can be stored for evidence if a victim chooses to inform police at a later date.
Should be accessed immediately after event (unlikely to be any evidence after 3 days).

The CALM helpline is there for anyone who needs to talk confidentially about a tough time they are experiencing. Calls are taken by trained staff who are there to listen, support, inform and signpost you to further information, and it is open from 5pm to midnight every day, 365 days a year.
